So guess who´s finally back???? Yes, AF is finally here!!!! so I guess this basically means my body is going back to normal!! I have an appointment next week with my OB, so we´ll have to wait and see….I guess I´ll be waiting for 3 months, not sure yet, but right now this seems to be my decision…
I had a very good weekend, I was busy most of the time, had time to relax, watch some movies and enjoy my DH….Right now I wanna work on my health….I wanna be as healthy as I can be for this next pregnancy…So I´ve been reading a lot about it, and trying my best to include fruits, veggies, meat (although no red meat, since I don´t really like it), milk, mostly everything we´re supposed to eat to be healthy…I´ve been having a hard time on giving up Diet Coke…i did for the short time that I was pregnant, but once i had my mc, it kind of had no point so I started drinking it again…not too much, mostly when I´m out, but anyways, I think I should give it up again…
AS for for exercise, I think I´ll start next week…I have an elliptical trainer so it should not be hard exercising 3 times a week…
Time has been going by really fast….I was checking my calendar this morning, and i´m only 55 days away from the 3 months I´m supposed to wait to TTC again…. Which really is only a month and a half, only 6 weeks…Every day that goes by, is a day that brings me closer to a future pregnancy…
So bascically this is me, trying to be the best I can, healthy and fit…hoping this will help me, and my body will be at it´s best when God decides it´s time for me to be pregnant again!!
